As a prerequisite for the Natural Gas Securities Offerings Underwriting Contract in a State market area,
each Natural Gas Investment Banker will be required to make Principal Investments to build the Strategic Business Operations Infrastructure for the Independent Securities Broker Dealers, to have the facilities and support to Offer Natural Gas 401K and 403B Natural Gas Securities to Workplace Employee Groups.
